Foresight Nexus respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you browse our website, contact us, register for an account, enroll in an online course, or use a related learning service in Bangladesh.

A language preference may be saved locally in your browser so the website can remember whether you selected English or Bangla. This is not a cookie and is not used to identify, profile, or advertise to you. You can remove it through your browser settings at any time.

Information you choose to provide

You may choose to provide your name, email address, phone number, role, course enrollment details, support messages, or other information when you create an account, contact us, request support, or enroll in a course.

We use this information only for the purpose for which you provided it, such as creating or supporting your enrollment, responding to a question, sending essential course communication, or handling a payment-related request. We do not require information that is not needed for that purpose.

Payments and third-party providers

When you purchase a course, a third-party payment provider may process the transaction. The provider may request information such as a payment reference, mobile financial service details, card details, or banking information under its own privacy policy and terms.

Foresight Nexus does not store your full card number, mobile banking PIN, card security code, or online banking password. We receive or retain only the payment confirmation and limited transaction details needed to confirm enrollment, provide support, or resolve a payment issue.

External services and payment providers are responsible for their own handling of information. Please review their privacy notices before submitting payment information.

How we use information

We may use voluntarily provided information to confirm your identity for support, deliver course access, send essential schedule or enrollment updates, issue a certificate where applicable, answer your messages, prevent misuse, and meet reasonable accounting or legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated marketing companies. We do not use your course activity to make advertising decisions about you.

Retention and deletion

We do not keep personal information longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose it was provided. Where practical, information that is no longer needed for support, enrollment, payment records, legal compliance, or security may be deleted or de-identified.

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information you have provided by emailing support@foresightnexus.com. Some limited transaction or administrative records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute.

Security and communications

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No website or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send passwords, PINs, or full payment credentials by email or contact form.

We may send service-related communications about your enrollment, schedule, payment status, or support request. You can ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.

Children and learner responsibility

Our course services are intended for learners who can legally enter an agreement under applicable law. If a parent or legal guardian enrolls a minor, the parent or guardian is responsible for providing consent and supervising use of the service.

Please provide accurate information and do not submit another person's personal information without their permission or lawful authority.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, or ask us to explain how information is being used. We will review and respond to reasonable requests while considering legal and operational requirements.

To make a privacy request, email support@foresightnexus.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We may ask for enough information to verify the request, but we will never ask you to send a password, PIN, or full payment credential.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services or legal obligations change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Please check this page before using a new course service.
